КОНЦЕПТ «ПОТОЙБІЧЧЯ» У ДАВНІХ МІФОЛОГІЧНИХ СИСТЕМАХ: УЯВЛЕННЯ ТА РОЛЬ У КУЛЬТУРІ

У статті досліджуються уявлення про потойбічний світ, що склалися в архаїчну епоху та в культурах давнього Єгипту, Месопотамії та давньої Греції. Аналізуються відмінні та спільні риси поглядів на загробний світ у цих культурах, визначається роль концепту «потойбіччя» у відповідних культурних контекстах. Розкривається значення інтерпретацій міфологічних наративів та релігійних ритуалів у формуванні концепту про потойбічний світ. Зокрема, особлива увага приділяється ролі заупокійних практик у створенні цих уявлень.
